Quantum Solutions is a fintech technology service provider offering an advanced digital payments platform that enables governments and companies to embed payment functionalities for a broad range of use cases. Our solutions empower clients to implement online payment systems, taxation management, cloud-based invoicing, digital wallets, virtual cards, and real-time payments.

Quantum Solutions Limited was officially incorporated on the 24th of May, 2023, in Kigali, Rwanda. The company was founded out of a growing need to offer custodial services for electronic money and to boost collection of taxes (direct and indirect taxes) in Rwanda using intuitive technologies. With a focus on creating impact using technological innovations, Quantum aims to transform the digital agenda for the Republic of Rwanda and continentally over time.

  Quantum Solutions Limited is a private company which is limited by shares. It is privately held and legally registered as a Limited Company by Shares. This legal structure was considered to permit the independent growth of the organization, accession to finances and ability to forge alliances, both nationally within Rwanda and internationally.

Location and Facilities:
  Quantum Solutions Limited is based in Rwanda’s Capital, Kigali and is located in the financial centre of the country. It has access to all the key players in the country’s financial landscape. The business currently owns modest office facilities best suited for its early-stage operations. As part of the Quantum expansion plans regionally, the company looks forward to forming strategic alliances with other organizations within Africa to support the deployment and operationalization of the Quantum digital payment system.
