About

ALL BITUMEN CAMEROON(ABC) is a public limited company established in 2018 with a capital of 500 million FCFA. The company is strategically positioning itself as a regional leader in the production and distribution of bitumen, serving Cameroon and the wider CEMAC zone. Supported by a high-caliber technical and financial team,ABC embodies a new generation of African industrial leadership—committed to operational excellence, strategic autonomy, and the delivery of reliable, locally sourced bitumen solutions that reduce import dependency and reinforce infrastructure resilience.

Central to this ambition is the refinery project, a transformative industrial investment valued at 160 billion FCFA. With a projected annual capacity of 250,000 to 300,000 tonnes, the facility is designed to supply key markets including Cameroon, the CEMAC region, Nigeria, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. More than a production site, the refinery represents a strategic instrument for industrial relocation, regional competitiveness, and economic sovereignty.
