Oilserv Limited is a leading company in the Oil, Gas, and Energy industry, with over 30 years of expertise since its establishment in 1992. As an indigenous company, Oilserv offers top-tier integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) services, including repairs, maintenance, upgrades, rehabilitation, and project management. Oilserv caters to the entire life cycle of assets, covering onshore, offshore, and subsea market segments. The company has successfully executed numerous Pipeline/Flowline projects and has played a significant role in the development of Oil & Gas Facilities, including Gas Metering Stations and Flow stations with a track record of over 100 projects executed in both swampy and land environments.
Oilserv has firmly established itself as the leading provider of Emergency Pipeline Repair Services (EPRS) in Nigeria, serving major industry players such as SPDC Ltd., Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), TotalEnergies, and Agip (Oando), among others.
With a track record of executing over 118 oil and gas pipeline projects, Oilserv continues to play a leading role in Nigeria’s energy infrastructure. The company is presently delivering the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC) of the 614-kilometer, 40-inch Ajaokuta–Kaduna–Kano (AKK) Gas Pipeline for NNPC Limited. This flagship project is strategically designed to transport natural gas from Ajaokuta to Kano, via Kaduna, with the goal of boosting power generation, driving gas-based industrial growth, and creating substantial employment opportunities across the country.
Also, Oilserv is executing the TotalEnergies Ubeta Gas Condensate Field Development in OML 58, expected to produce approximately 300 MMscfd of gas. This will supply feedstock to the NLNG Train-7 project over its 20-year lifespan, further strengthening Nigeria’s gas value chain. Equally notable is Oilserv’s execution and recently commissioned of the 127-kilometer, 48-inch Obiafu–Obrikom–Oben (OB3) Gas Pipeline Project, which connects Nigeria’s eastern gas network to the western and northern corridors, including the Escravos–Lagos Pipeline System and the AKK Pipeline. Collectively, these landmark projects, planned and delivered by Oilserv, are pivotal to advancing Nigeria’s energy transition agenda and driving socio-economic growth.
Oilserv is committed to embracing ground-breaking technology, using advanced techniques such as Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) for river crossing, Horizontal Thrust-Boring mechanisms (HTB) for road and railway crossing, Full-Automatic, Semi-Automatic and Manual Welding Machines, with special welding tents for butt welding activities.
