IATF2025 Buyers Webinar:
Unlocking Opportunities through
the African Buyers Programme (ABP)
Wednesday; 30th July - 10AM (WAT) / 12PM (EAT)
The webinar aims to introduce buyers to the value proposition of the African Buyers Programme, walk them through the B2B matchmaking and logistics support processes, and ensure they are fully informed and equipped to take full advantage of the IATF2025 experience.
It will also serve as a platform to build rapport between buyers and the ABP support team, as well as offer direct responses to commonly asked questions around travel, access, and post-event follow-up. By providing clarity, support, and early exposure to the tools and services available, we believe this initiative will significantly enhance buyer satisfaction and maximise deal-making potential at the trade fair.
In addition to engaging our core group of African and international buyers, we propose to extend an invitation to select Caribbean Chambers of Commerce to participate in the webinar as special observers. This aligns with Afreximbank’s broader strategy of strengthening Africa-Caribbean trade relations.
The Caribbean region is home to dynamic buyers and business leaders who are eager to connect with African markets. Their participation would not only expand the reach of IATF2025 but also create pathways for new trade and investment flows. Including them in this webinar offers a low-barrier, high-value opportunity to introduce them to the ABP framework and showcase what they stand to gain by engaging with the trade fair as buyers. Their presence enhances the inclusivity, diversity, and cross-regional reach of IATF2025.
