Elvis Felix Sedah is a Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Technical Advisor of Quantum Solutions Limited.

Mr. Sedah is equally involved in financial technology initiatives globally. In his role he oversees the ongoing R&D programs that develop new applications, services and extensions for Fintech platforms, leading the product development and technology strategy in African and the world.

Mr. Sedah also works with a number of Fintech Associations to identify and establish presence in new territories around Africa and the world. He has been involved in the Information, Communications and Technology sector for close over 10 years, building indigenous capacity and infrastructure in ICTs.

Mr. Sedah is a pioneer technologist, innovator, and entrepreneur and is strongly involved in the establishment of a number of applications and deployments.
