David Muriuki works for the Tea Board of Kenya (TBK) which is a state Corporation established under the tea act, 2020. The mandate of the Board is to regulate, promote and develop the Tea sub-sector in Kenya. Mr. Muriuki’s date of birth is 14th June 1983. He joined the Tea Board of Kenya as the Trade and Promotion Officer in the Marketing Department on 18th May 2009.
Currently Mr. Muriuki is serving as the Deputy Director. Mr. Muriuki is responsible for analyzing trade briefings and reports for bilateral, regional and international trade negotiations and liaising with stakeholders, Kenya Missions abroad, trade organizations and associations of tea amongst others.
