For over 160 years, the Tammam Family factories have stood as one of the oldest manufacturers of tahini and halva in the Middle East and Levant region. In 1959, our factory relocated from Nablus, Palestine, to Amman, Jordan, where we continued our legacy of excellence and distinction.

We specialize in producing roasted and hulled sesame seeds, tahini, halva in various flavors, premium tahini swirls, and sesame oil (Serge).

Our products are crafted from the finest white sesame crops globally, sourced by us from the best raw sesame suppliers in the world. They are GMO-free, and we rely on our extensive expertise in this field, using state-of-the-art production lines that adhere to all local and international health and food standards. We are committed to a green manufacturing process that is environmentally friendly and sustainable.

The company holds ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and Halal certification.
