ZimTrade, the national trade development and promotion organisation, is a unique joint venture partnership between the Private Sector and the Government of Zimbabwe. It was formed through a constitution in September 1991.
Working closely with our Partners, Industry Experts and Development Cooperation Partners, we provide a comprehensive suite of value-added services. We assist Zimbabwean exporters, including first-time exporters and potential exporters, to develop, promote and facilitate export of their goods and services to the world.

*ACZ Mandate*
1. To acquire, establish, develop, maintain, manage, control and operate airports in Zimbabwe.
2. To provide facilities and services required for handling passengers, aircraft, baggage and cargo at all airports.
3. To plan, design, construct, equip, maintain, repair, adapt and modify airports to the standards required or approved by the Authority for the carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo and freight by air.
4. To develop identified airports in Zimbabwe to be regional air transportation hubs (cargo, passenger and support airline hub operations).
5. To provide safety and security measures for the handling of passengers, baggage, cargo and aircraft together with the personnel requisite thereto, in accordance with local and international standards and recommended best practices and procedures and.
6. To operate as a full commercial entity putting more focus on business development and commercial activities.
The company is a wholly owned state Enterprise with operations that involve plantation development, harvesting, timber processing, pole production, marketing and selling of both pine and eucalyptus timber products to construction and furniture industries in Zimbabwe and abroad. In addition the entity has truss plants which produces Prefabricated trusses with a 25 year guarantee, Value addition plants which produces Doors - batten,Panel, treated gum poles - transmission & light, and a Boards &Door plant which does cutting, edging and designing of various built in cupboards to different consumer tastes and preferences.

It is the largest logistics company in Zimbabwe providing end to end logistics solutions.

Proplastics Limited , is a listed company on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange since the 8th of June 2015. The listing followed a dividend in specie of 1:1 from Masimba Holdings to Proplastics shareholders. Proplastics is Zimbabwe’s leading plastic pipe manufacturer, specialising in the manufacturing of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) pipes and related fittings.
