Masterclass: Greenlight Africa: The six step ROI playbook for film and streaming success - presented by Parrot Analytics

Attendees walk through Parrot Analytics’ evidence-based 6-step framework to maximise ROI, adapted for Africa’s booming screen sector and the newly launched US $1 billion Africa Film Fund. The session shows how each step - Development, Financing, Production, Distribution, Marketing and Performance - uses demand, valuation and streaming-economics data to raise investor confidence, optimise windowing and drive subscriber retention. The framework will be using case studies to illustrate accuracy benchmarks, catalogue-demand churn correlations, and revenue-contribution models.

Throughout, African-specific insights are layered in: How demand signals can de-risk Film Fund applications, which release strategies maximise continental and diaspora uptake, and how affinity analysis pinpoints the highest-value audience clusters.
